Renowned for its luxurious women's evening and bridal wear,
Costarellos has built a reputation for exquisite designs and
meticulous craftsmanship. Operating out of Greece, the brand
started expanding its reach and the need to remould their online
presence became apparent to better reflect their luxury offering.

Out With The Old
The previous store didn’t reflect the high-calibre experience Costarellos is known for. It lacked the sophistication luxury shoppers expect and didn’t align with the brands’ premium aesthetic.
Additionally, the website’s design fell short of
matching their striking photography and struggled to compete with the lavish sites of other e-tailers carrying their products. This made a compelling case for
a much-needed upgrade to help them stand out in a competitive market.
In With The New
We transitioned from an outdated WooCommerce platform to the more robust Shopify Advanced ecosystem and redesigned the website to mirror the luxurious, in-store experience of a physical Costarellos store. Additionally, we undertook a comprehensive back-end overhaul to modernise and streamline operations, aiding Costarellos in selling bridal pieces online rather than exclusively bespoke.
An Internal Deep Clean
As they transitioned away from older third-party apps, modern systems were integrated, ensuring their store operates seamlessly and isn’t reliant on outdated systems for heavy lifting. As Costarellos is based out of Athens, Shopify Payments is unavailable, so we worked with our partner Global E to implement their payment gateway solution, enabling Costarellos to transact on Shopify.
Luxuriousness Mirrored Online
We implemented a complete redesign of the website to improve usability and aesthetic appeal, crafting an online environment that reflects the allure of Costarellos’s physical boutiques and brand identity. The logo was refreshed slightly to align with the brand’s updated digital presence, it was enhanced by making it bolder. Bespoke product galleries and lookbooks were created and video was introduced to vividly display fabrics and cuts, simulating an in-person shopping experience.

Post-migration, Costarellos's new Shopify website has dramatically transformed their online presence. The new system not only enhances customer interaction but also offers better back-end functionality for smoother operations.
