The Challenge
Maybourne Hotel Group set out to leverage the Claridge's brand by creating an online store that upheld its heritage and exacting standards. The objective was to translate an immersive, in-person experience into a refined digital proposition, curating some of the finest teas, homeware, and gifts. By doing so, they sought to offer customers worldwide an authentic moment of Claridge’s elegance, ensuring each product reflected the hotel’s craftsmanship, discretion, and timeless British luxury.
The Solution
