The Challenge

Carolina Bucci has a beautiful central London boutique known for bespoke, interactive, and highly personal experiences. The Forte Beads collection, inspired by summer holidays in Forte dei Marmi, invites wearers to express individuality through unique beaded bracelets. The challenge was to translate this tactile and creative in-store experience into a digital environment, while preserving the sense of discovery, personal choice, and one-to-one service that makes the collection feel intimate and playful instore.

The Solution

Bring the Forte Beads experience online through an intelligent, highly bespoke personalisation platform. A “build your own bracelet” tool allows customers to recreate the creative journey digitally, selecting beads, colours, and finishes with confidence. Influencers were used to build interest and tell authentic stories around individuality and summer inspiration. A mobile-first design approach ensured a seamless omni-channel brand experience, connecting in-store sensibility with digital convenience.

The Result

Following the launch of the Forte Beads Maker, the Carolina Bucci Shopify store experienced a marked uplift in performance. Despite Forte Beads being the brand’s entry price point, average order value increased through upsold gold beads and pendants, supported by a custom cart pop-up. The result was a 300% increase in revenue, a 96% increase in conversion rate, and a 22% increase in AOV, proving bespoke digital experiences can drive both engagement and commercial growth.
