There is nowhere quite like Claridge’s. Set in the heart of Mayfair, the hotel is an art deco masterpiece, known for its timeless elegance. Claridge’s approached us with a brief to create an ecommerce site that allowed customers to ‘bring the glamour and style of Claridge’s home’ through iconic products developed in partnership with the world’s finest manufacturers.

A unique visual identity for an iconic London property
Claridge’s is an art deco landmark, favoured by the most distinguished figures of every generation. We were tasked with designing an ecommerce experience that drew on the abiding glamour of Claridge’s past but also felt thoroughly modern.
We updated their graphic identity, reviewing brand palette and typography specifically for the ecommerce platform as well as producing all the new content and imagery for the site.
An international ecommerce solution for a global guestlist
With an international reputation and customer base, Claridge’s wanted to find a truly global ecommerce solution that allowed them to extend their supreme customer service online and worldwide.
We recommended Shopify Plus as an enterprise solution that allowed them to showcase their exemplary products and stories. We built a fully bespoke theme with a flexible content management system to support dynamic merchandising and campaign driving. A powerful customised checkout allows customers to nominate delivery date and verify age by country for ease of gifting and convenience.

Content planning and production
Our creative approach to content production means that we are able to deliver imagery that blends commercial and editorial needs seamlessly, to create a visual story that is designed to convert and to be true to brand.
Following considered benchmarking and research of the competitive landscape, we produced all new visual content for the Claridge’s site, including ecommerce and campaign photography and illustration. The result is a unqiuely Claridge’s style that puts the product in the context to deliver a customer centered omnichannel experience.

As well as Claridge’s, we also designed, built and produced the content for The Berkeley and The Connaught hotel shops, delivering three distinctive storefronts that reflected the individual identities of each of these iconic properties.
